How to Invite Your Users to DreamClass
After creating profiles for your students and guardians, you can invite them to join your school portal either in bulk or manually, depending on your needs.
Option 1: Invite in Bulk
For Students
- Go to the Students section.
- Click the Bulk Actions button (top right).
- Select DreamClass Access for Students.
- Choose the students you wish to invite and click enable.
For Guardians
- Go to the Guardians section.
- Click Bulk Actions (top right).
- Select DreamClass Access for Guardians.
- Choose guardians to invite and send invitations.
Option 2: Invite Individually (Manually)
For Students
- Go to the Students section.
- Click on the specific student’s profile you want to invite and scroll all the way down.
- Click the red button and when the window appears type their username password confirm their password and... done! This is especially helpful for students who may have trouble resetting their password on their own.
- The student received an email from the system to access their student portal.
For Guardians
- Go to the Guardians section.
- Select the guardian’s profile.
- Scroll down the red button , type their username and password. Confirm their password and a new email is sent.
What Happens Next?
- The selected student(s) or guardian(s) will receive an email with their credentials and a link to the school portal.
- They can log in immediately after receiving the email.
