What Are Branches in DreamClass?
In DreamClass, branches allow you to manage different parts of your organization separately while still being under the same overarching account. Each branch functions as a standalone account with its own settings, users, and configurations, providing flexibility for schools with multiple locations or departments.
Key Features of Branches:
1. Independent Settings: Each branch operates independently, meaning you can set unique preferences, such as lesson schedules, user roles, and more, specific to each branch.
2. Separate User Management: Users (students, teachers, admins, etc.) are managed separately for each branch. This ensures that each branch can operate autonomously without affecting the others.
3. Stand-Alone Configuration: Each branch has its own settings, including billing, communication preferences, and more. This allows you to customize how each location or department operates within DreamClass.
Switching Between Branches
If you are managing more than one branch, switching between them is easy:
• Simply click the arrow next to your name at the bottom left-hand corner of the screen.
• A menu will appear, allowing you to switch to any branch you have access to.
Managing Admins Across Branches
From the Organization tab, you can add and manage admins across different branches. This ensures you have the right people with the right access controlling each branch, while still maintaining overall organizational oversight.
