Once your teachers are added to DreamClass, you can easily invite them to access their accounts — either one by one or in bulk.
Option 1: Invite Teachers One by One
If you only need to send access to a few teachers:
Go to Teachers in the main menu.
Select the teacher you want to invite.
Scroll down and click Access Details.
In the Access Details section, add their email address as their username.
Once saved, DreamClass automatically sends them an email invitation with a link and instructions to access their account.
This is best when you’re only inviting a few teachers or making individual updates.
Option 2: Invite Teachers in Bulk
If you want to invite multiple teachers at once, you can use the Bulk Actions feature.
Go to Teachers.
In the top-right corner, click Bulk Actions → DreamClass Access for Teachers.

Click the small checkbox next to the column name to select all teachers, or pick specific ones.
Once selected, the Update Access button will light up — click it and select Enable.
Before enabling, make sure each teacher profile includes a valid email address.
When you click Enable, DreamClass will automatically send email invitations to the selected teachers, guiding them on how to log in and access their accounts.
Notes & Tips
Make sure all teacher emails are correct — invitations won’t send if the address is missing or invalid.
You can select all teachers at once or specific ones only.
If you don’t see the Update Access button, double-check that at least one teacher is selected.
