Keeping your DreamClass records organized is easy with the merge feature for student, guardian, and teacher accounts. Here’s how you can do it, plus resources if you need extra help.
Step-by-Step Guide to Merging Accounts in DreamClass
Access the Merge Feature
Log in as an administrator.
Go to Settings in your main dashboard.
Click on Merge Records.
Select the Record Type
Choose whether you want to merge a Student, Guardian, or Teacher profile.
Choose Source and Target Records
Search for and select the source record (the duplicate you want to remove).
Then, select the target record (the account that will remain).
All data from the source will be merged into the target record.
Complete the Merge
Confirm your choices and review the information.
Finish the merge. The source record will be deleted, but its data will be added to the target profile.
