Importing students from one school period to another is a crucial task for educational institutions aiming to maintain accurate records and streamline administrative processes. This knowledge base article provides a step-by-step guide on how to efficiently import students from one school period to another.
Go to the School Years and select the school year you wish to import your students in
Go to Classes and select the Class you wish to import your students
Click Import
Select the Referencing period and Class you wish to get the students from. Then Select your students and click Import Selected.
In this above example we imported the 1st Grade students of school year 2023/2024 to the newly created 2nd Grade class of the new period 2024/2025.
