Tracking Teacher Hours and Automatic Payment Calculation in DreamClass

DreamClass simplifies monitoring how many classes teachers have delivered and makes payment calculations seamless based on these records. Here’s how the process works within the platform:

How Delivered Lessons Are Tracked

Every time a teacher marks attendance for a class (lesson) within DreamClass, the system automatically recognizes this as a "delivered" lesson. This mechanism enables schools to keep accurate records of each teacher’s activities.

To view lesson and hour details:

  1. Go to the Teacher’s Profile:
    Navigate to the Teachers section and select the relevant teacher.

  2. Access Reports:
    Click the Reports tab inside the teacher profile.

  3. Review Teacher Lessons:
    Under Teacher Lessons, you’ll find breakdowns for:

    • Completed lessons/hours

    • Cancelled lessons/hours

    • Scheduled lessons/hours

    • Total hours

This information provides a comprehensive overview of each teacher’s teaching record.


Financial Tab: Setting Up Fees and Calculating Payments

DreamClass also supports automated payment calculation for teachers, ensuring transparency and accuracy.

  1. Set Up Per-Lesson/Hour/Day Fees:
    In the Financial tab, you can configure the fee to be paid per hour, lesson, or day for each teacher.

  2. Automatic Payment Calculation:
    Based on the data from reported and delivered lessons or hours, DreamClass automatically calculates the total amount each teacher should receive for a selected period. This streamlines payroll processes and helps avoid manual errors.
