Transferred Period Fields:
- Institution Name: This field represents the name of the previous institution the student attended.
- Start/End Year: Indicates the beginning and end of the academic year to which this period belongs.
- Term Name: Enter the term name for this period, e.g., Fall, Spring, Semester 1, Semester 2 etc.
- Level: This field represents the grade level that the student was in during the transferred period.
Transferred Course Fields:
- Name: This field refers to the name of the course or subject being transferred.
- Code: Enter the course code if applicable.
- Subject: Specify the subject of the course, e.g., Mathematics, Science, History, etc.
- Numeric Grade: Input the numeric grade obtained for this course in the previous school.
- Displayed Grade: If there's a specific displayed grade (e.g., A, B+, C-) for this course, include it here.
- Grade Points: Mention the grade point associated with the numeric grade for this course.
- Credits: Indicate the total units or credits for this course.
- Earned Credits: Specify the units or credits earned for this course.
- Type: Identify the type of course (e.g., Regular, Honors).
