How to Use Private Forms in DreamClass

What Are Private Forms?

Private Forms are specially designed to be completed only by selected parents or students within your school. They’re ideal for:

  • Collecting contact or medical information
  • Obtaining digital signatures on consent forms
  • Gathering file uploads such as documents or photos

Who Can Fill Out Private Forms?

Only enrolled parents or students who have a DreamClass account. Logging in is required, keeping your process private and secure.

How to Create a Private Form

Follow these steps to set up a Private Form in DreamClass:

  1. Log in to your DreamClass admin account.
  2. Go to Admissions in the left-hand menu.
  3. Select Period Admission Forms.
  4. Choose the “Private” option to begin creating your private form.
  5. Add your questions, information fields, or file upload requests as needed.
  6. Assign the form to the specific parents or students you want to reach.

Filling Out the Form

Recipients (parents or students) must log in to their DreamClass account to view and complete the form. This ensures that responses stay secure and connected to the correct profile.
