How to login as another user (impersonate)
DreamClass provides administrators with the ability to access user accounts for troubleshooting and assistance purposes. This feature allows administrators to see exactly what users see when they log in to the portal, facilitating effective support and issue resolution. Follow the steps below to learn how to impersonate a user in DreamClass:
Navigate to the profile options located in the bottom-left corner of the dashboard and click ''Change User''.
Type the name of the user you wish to impersonate:
You can switch back to your admin account anytime by clicking the ''Return to Original User'' on the profile options located in the bottom-left corner.
