How to work with Transcripts

A transcript is a record of a student throughout a course of study having full enrolment history including all courses (or subjects) attempted, grades earned and degrees and awards conferred.

Let's see how you can issue student transcripts in DreamClass:

Step 1: Set up Final Grades.

Step 2: Add grades in the Terms & Final Grades

Each course or class course includes a Term & Final Grades section which appears after you complete Step 1. The transcript will automatically be updated once you add the Final grades per Academic Term(Quarter,Semester or session) and mark the student's status(Pass or Fail).

You can copy the grades directly from the respective folder in the course's Teacher Gradebook.

If you wish though, you can skip the Teacher Gradebook and directly add the Final Grades.

Step 3: Customize the look of your Transcript by adding/removing what you like.

To do that go to Settings > Transcript Settings or Select: Settings while on the Transcript view.

Settings > Transcript settings
