An admission form in DreamClass streamlines the student application process and can be tailored for parents/guardians or students to complete directly—without the need for pre-existing user accounts. Here’s how you can set up your own admission form in three easy steps:
Step 1: Create a New Admissions Form
Navigate to Admissions
Go to the Admissions menu, then select New School Period Form Public.Name Your Form and Set the Target
Name: Give your form a clear, recognizable name. "Admissions 2025-2026)
Target To: Choose whether the form is for a Guardian (a parent/guardian will fill it out) or for a Student (the student fills it in directly).
Tip: Forms targeted at students are commonly used for adult education programs.
Allow Class Selection
Enable the class selection option to let your applicants choose directly from your available classes or rosters.Add Application Fees (Optional)
Optionally, you can add application fees. By integrating with Stripe, applicants can conveniently pay online while filling out the form.Enable E-signature (Optional)
If necessary, enable electronic signature so applicants can sign the form digitally.
Step 2: Build Your Form Structure
DreamClass forms are made up of sections and fields.
By default, your form will include:
A Guardian Section
A Student Section
A Class Section
You can add additional sections as needed.
Step 3: Add Policies, Terms, and Agreements
Add your school’s policies, financial agreements, or student handbook terms to the form:
Create a new Guardian or Student section.
Insert your custom policy text, terms, or agreements for applicants to review and acknowledge.
